[Having woken up by his lonesome in the middle of the forest, Birdy has taken to the skies to try finding his missing comrades from above. When that proves fruitless, he touches down in the village proper in order to interrogate a resident.

That resident may very well be your character, and they will be greeted with a rather brusque:]

[Yeah, that's defo the alcohol. Birdy is too manly to cry unless it involves the replaying of traumatic memories related to his dead boyfrando.

He throws a watery-eyed glare Norma's way at the "Tweety" remark, trying to think of something sufficiently scathing to say to regain his pride but coming up with exactly nothing.
